Many of you might be asking: What can I do to Help St. Jerome's during this time?
There are several things you can do but the first is, Pray, Pray, Pray! Pray that the Lord helps our Parish Church mend from the Winter Storms, Pray that the crews, workers and volunteers are able to work swiftly and safely, pray that the repairs made are secure and keep us safe, Pray that we can provide a warm, welcoming worship space not just for this weekend but in the future.
As far as volunteering, We will inform you all at NOON TODAY if it will be safe for volunteers to come and help us. The time for volunteers to arrive will be 3:30pm. We must ensure the reasonable safety of all volunteers before we can allow anyone to come.
If we can have you volunteer: First of all, PLEASE be safe coming to the church. As far as driving here, the Church driveway and parking lot is still very icy and slippery. Please be sure to take your time getting here. While you volunteer, we must ask that you wear a mask and show courtesy in terms of distance as we still must respect the pandemic protocols.
If you would like to donate financially to St. Jerome's recovery, the best way to do this is Online through the normal parish giving portal on the parish website. If you wish, you can write "Winter Storm Recovery" in the Memo line. Your Generosity is greatly appreciated!
For those who are involved in Ministries or committees here at the parish, contact your Ministry Leaders so you can stay up-to-date on the progress being made and if/when your ministry can volunteer to help.
Finally, please share this information both on your newsfeed and by word of mouth so everyone knows what actually happened and what is being done. updates will be made regularly on this page, the website and flocknote throughout the weekend and beyond. we thank you all for your patience and willingness to help!
