We are so, so blessed to have Fr. James Ekeocha as our pastor. For many, many reasons, but one fact you might not know is that, in early 2020, He along with a Doctor and 2 pharmacists did a medical mission trip to Father’s Native Country of Nigeria. And for this year’s Lenten Mission, along with the Knights of Columbus Council #13005, We are supporting Village Angel Medical Clinic.
Village Angel is a fully staffed, 24-hour Clinic in Southeastern Nigeria providing medical, obstetrical and minor surgical procedures and treatments to the poor and underprivileged. Your donations help buy supplies, medicines, equipment, facility maintenance and building construction costs.
We will be collecting donations through Palm Sunday to support Fr. James' Village Angel mission in Nigeria (villageangel.org). Donations can be made through the church's online giving portal or by placing a check with "Lenten project" in the memo line in the collection basket.
