The purpose of Bible Study Groups is based on the belief that to really know our faith we must turn to sacred scripture.  We must also be inspired to see the revelation of God through sacred scripture.  These groups also build community and help the community plant the seed of the Kingdom so that it can grow.  No training required; just a willingness to learn about the Word of God. There is a daytime group that meets Tuesday morning at 9:45 am and an evening group that meets Tuesday evening at 6:45 pm.  Please check the bulletin or website for start dates and other details.

Adult Scripture Study and Continuing Christian Education will begin its new season on Tuesday, September 11^th and meet on subsequent Tuesdays.  We will continue to do a Lectionary study by examining and exploring the Sunday Scriptures and on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month, we will look at other informative topics of the Catholic Faith and/or Spirituality with video and discussion.  The group takes a break during Advent.

Morning group meets in the Annex from 9:45 to 11:30 am.  The evening group meets in Jordan Hall from 6:15 to 8:15 pm.  Materials will be available at class.  All are invited to attend.  You don’t have to be a scripture scholar to participate.  This will be a good opportunity to learn more about your faith and the Scriptures and share it with others.
